Dr. Earl Suttle, founder and chairman of Leadership Success International, LLC , is back by popular demand as the keynote speaker for the Alabama Community Leadership Network Spring Conference May 1 in Opelika. The spring conference is set for the Marriott at Grand National from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. The theme for the conference is "Team Building for Success."
Suttle's company, Leadership Success International, is an international training and consulting company based in Atlanta. It specializes in working with businesses and organizations to increase their profits and productivity through developing their people.
As a business consultant and dynamic, entertaining professional speaker, Suttle delivers numerous presentations throughout the year in the United States and South Africa. He also conducts life skills workshops at universities and schools across the country. Suttle's 26 years as a business consultant and healthcare professional gives him a unique perspective in working with companies, hospitals, nursing homes and independent living facilities on leadership and motivating employees.
Dr. Suttle led the 2012 ACLN spring conference and also addressed youth participants at the 2013 ACLN fall conference. His teaching style is hands-on and always entertaining for participants. His team-building discussion at this year's conference will include: understanding behaviors of successful teams; increasing commitment and trust among team members; becoming more impactful by improving performance; and turning difficult moments into successes.
