Alabama Water Watch and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System are conducting a two-day workshop on Exploring Alabama's Living Streams, April 11 and 12 at the Etowah County Extension Office in Gadsden. The Friday workshop will run from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the Saturday workshop will run from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The Etowah County Extension Office is located at 3200 West Meighan Blvd. in Gadsden.

The Exploring Alabama's Living Streams curriculum provides educators (formal and volunteers) with hands-on activities for teaching students about the aquatic insects of Alabama, and the story they tell about water quality in our streams and rivers.
