Annie was a woman who grew up in a small farm community with a goal to marry a farmer and live the farming life. Annie spent her lifetime learning how to be an involved business partner with her farm husband. Together they did great things.
But it wasn't easy.
This is Annie's Project – to take her life's experiences and share it with farmwomen living and working in a complex, dynamic, evolving business environment. It is designed to empower farmwomen to:
The target audience is farmwomen with a passion for business and involvement. Participants will receive training for managing information in the areas of financial records, production records, marketing plans and risk management, legal/regulation records and documentation, and human resources and time management.
This women's empowerment program will be offered in six sessions beginning Monday, Feb. 25 and will continue through April 1. The cost of the program $60 per person and class size is limited to 20 participants.
